Since 2015, AdvanSys has been building a reputation as a provider of rugged
commercial and industrial FPGA solutions for a long list of high-profile projects,
including many for industry, UAV and SATCOM market, datacom and civilian space
programs. We provide not only all series DSP/CPU embedded borad and
VMEbus/EVM (also include development tools), but also matured solutions for
Image processing system application in UAV and aerospace.
We try our best to provide advanced technology project and service to help our
customers get success. Our boards apply in many industry area as radar,
video processing and VSAT station , also GPS and SAR, We also had completed
some major projects with our valued customers together, like: CSIST.
AdvanSys is also leading the SiP (System in a Packagebn) technology,
SiP is a functional system or sub-system assembled into a single package.
Typically, it will contain two or more dissimilar die. For example, a processor,
FPGA and memories can be combined in one space-saving package.
They can also be combined with other components such as sensors, triggers,
passives, MEMS, voltage regulators, etc. These are then assembled on
an interposer or substrate to create a customized, integrated product for a specific
application. Within the SiP, the designer can utilize bare die (wire bond or flip chip),
BGA/CSP packaged devices, stacked die or stacked packages.
